Steve Gibson's Healthy Sleep Formula

My other half pointed me at this today. If it works, I might be interested, as I seem to have trouble sleeping all night from time to time. Does anyone here know enough to comment on whether it's likely to work, and what the risks are?

Steve is not a doctor, but he's been doing a ton of research into how to stay asleep all night.

He has a podcast, and a friend who listens says it seems well thought through. He also says the ingredients are low-risk.

One ingredient, melatonin, is more tightly regulated in Europe, so leaving that out might be advisable, but I don't know what effect that would have overall.
