Technically not from the Cruz campaign, but the ad does urge voters to "Support Ted Cruz" so it's pretty clear where their sympathies lie.

Posing nude that is, although you can't actually see her naughty bits. Melania would be, to the best of my knowledge, the first First Lady to have nude photos of her out there in the public domain. I'm not sure but I believe there are some other ones out there besides the one used in the ad.

Whichever side you blame for this, you gotta admit this is one of the ugliest examples of mudslinging in a presidential campaign at least in my memory.
