Abandoned Conciliation Walmart laced with Barbed Wire

The newest addition to the Jade Helm conspiracy has came out, one of the Walmart closed in Ohio now has barbed wire on top of an 8-9 foot wall. Aside from other rational explanations such as wishing to keep intruders out instead it is "definitive" proof that Walmarts are becoming fema camps.
