modern "druids" and archeology

In Britain(perhaps also abroad) we have a group of people who put on robes, chant, and pretend they are druids. The fact that we don't know enough about the druids to fully recreate a single ritual does not seem to bother them.
And that is fine-if weird. The problem is they continue to be given priveliged access to important historical heritage sites. Further more, they interfere with archeological digs in a disruptive manner and have caused damage. The famous sea henge site for instance had considerable bother.
My view is the authorities should stop pandering to these people. They are not druids and should be under the same laws as the rest of us. I think privileged access to Stonehenge etc should cease, any disruption should be treated as a serious offence and these "druids"shouldbe told Halloween is for children.
What do others think here, should people who pretend they are druids be pandered to or should they be told to take a hike.
