Is there any way to register Visual Studio Express without a Microsoft account?

I started learning coding a while back but, for various reasons, had to stop. I'm starting up again, but have found that Visual Studio Express requires registration to use it, after it's been working for a while (some sites say a month). I click on the button to register it, and it tells me to log in with my Microsoft account. Any information I can find about it says that I have to log in to my Microsoft account.



I don't have a Microsoft account and I don't want a Microsoft account. I just want the registration key for the software. Does anybody know if it's possible to get it from Microsoft without having an account?
