mini bluetooth speakers for smartphone

Anyone have any good recommendations for small bluetooth speakers for my smartphone, Nexus 5? I see some at Walmart for $20 and I am wondering if they are any good. I would just like some small cheap ones that sound ok.

Are they any better than the smartphone speaker?
