...do you think that a little evil in anyone makes any good they have ineffective?
Like, how the god of the bible is depicted...can you see any good in how some depict him or understand how people thought back then about things and attributed that thinking to a god concept?
I find it fascinating that at least one race did not try to hide their dark side from the rest of the world, and I don't think it was because they were stupid, but maybe they just thought of themselves as far too untouchable being gods chosen race or that no one would see some of their actions as anything more or less despicable than any other history of race of people.
I think all this anti god of the bible stuff is perhaps a way for people who really detest Jews (and Christians of course...) to express their own bigotry out and about, all under the assumption that this is a great way to express atheism, skepticism and critical thinking, but it is really only expressing bigotry, thinly disguised at that.
So tell me (anyone) can you give any examples from the bible that you find hit home, go to the heart, cause you to say 'yep, this is how I see things too' etc, or are you too focused on the evil **** to notice anything good?
Is the evil in you overemphasizing the evil in others?
