A Guide to Thinking About Scientific Evidence

Just in from Nature is an interesting article suggesting a few guidelines on how non-scientists should approach scientific claims when setting policy and in other decision-making processes.

I'm not fully invested in this article yet so I'm not quite ready to comment on it. Seems like an interesting basis for discussion though.
