Anybody else confused by Affordable Health Care webite?

I went on to the site and yes it is running. It is horribly confusing because it asks you to chose a plan that costs between 500$ and 350$ for you and your kid and tells you absolutely no details of the plan before you choose. This price is for a 4000$ deductible. You don't know about doctor visits or cost of medication. This amount is for one adult and one child for the HMO plan. There is talk of immediate tax breaks but no info on the break down before you join. I will have to make up 4 to 5 fictitious accounts in order to get the best deal if I even want to go this route. I can still presumably get insurance through my wife's job and that might be the best deal altogether. It would be nice to know what I am getting. I doubt that most people are going to want a huge medical bill to pay every month and would prefer to have it deducted from their pay pretax like they do now. People with credit issues are really getting the shaft here because garnishment is post tax and I suppose the health insurance would come post garnishment. I guess I have time but really, I shouldn't have to create fictitious accounts to get the info I need to decide if it really is a better deal.
