Spam problem - address book compromised

I've just received a spam message to one of my spare email accounts.



Generally, this would be no big deal but on this occasion, I noticed that it had also gone to everyone in my address book, plus a bunch of other addresses, with my name at the bottom.



Advice on how to proceed muchly appreciated.
