Some teachers in Arkansas will be Locked and Loaded with a 9 mm this fall.

Well, they took prayer out of the schools in 1962 but now some US teachers will be packing more than their lunch this fall. Some of us can remember when a fist fight in the school yard was the worse it got. The times they are a changin'.
