Where did this all originate? I mean I can understand the Muslim meme. That doesn't mean it isn't stupid but I understand it. I can even understand the origin on the Birther nonsense even if that is stupid too.
But what about this idea that Obama hates America? There is nothing, anywhere, in his history that might even be misinterpreted as indicating this. So why was it constructed? Why do so many buy it until this very day (not many of the listed examples date to this summer)?
