Is there a medical term for conspiracy theorists?

I ask as many of them seem to be insane, as they see conspiracies in everything, lack a grasp of (or are totally detached from) reality, are cripplingly paranoid, and often have little if any empathy or sympathy for people who have died. Plus they seem unable to frame any argument in a logical coherent manner- This renders intelligent debate with a conspiracy theorist next to impossible. 9/11 Truthers and Sandy Hook deniers for example act like they have ADHD, unable to stay on topic, repeating totally discredited theories, and jumping from one conspiracy to the next. No Planers are raving loons
