Capitalism is heavily tilted toward the Rich.

From what I understand standard capitalism profits a small group of capitalists who profit from the labor of a larger group of workers. While this might be a good thing since they have a job, people are saying that the scale is getting tilted too far in favor of the capitalists; so what are your thoughts?

Of course there are tech startups such as the Minecraft game that made huge profits with a very small group of employees, or pretty much anything on steam. But, I am guessing that most wealth is still being made off the backs of your basic worker still.
