-- First we see Menard's famous rambling "Peppermint Patty" letter in which, after a traffic stop, he demands fees from the RCMP and insists they follow his special freeman procedures regarding the ticket issued.

-- Next we see Menard's letter to WestJet airline in protest for being denied a seat on a plane after he refused to produce I.D. Menard threatens suit and tells the airline that he and the World freeman Society may well take over the airline if it does not comply this his demands.

--- Finally we see Menard's behavior during and after his 2014 Toronto traffic stop. During the stop, seen in the first video below, Menard abuses the the 911 system, insists that police central office come and restrain the ticketing officers, demands that the ticketing officers follow his rules. Finally Menard claims to be a peace officer.

In the second video at the 24:40 mark Menard imperiously again claims to be a peace officer in the full expectation that his claim will be recognized. He says, ". . .report me and see what happens".
In the video he goes on to voice his fantasy of brilliance by claiming he can, in a day, train unstable high school drop outs to be a peace officers and dreams that he will later be arresting police officers who don't meet his demands.
Days later Bobby was arrested for impersonating a peace officer.
