I wanted to include a poll, but it would be nitpicked to death with excuses for Planet X, so we may as well converse, instead.
As I see it, Biden had two possible reasons for running:
1. A legitimate draft. There are no signs of this.
2. Someone in the admin knows that Hillary's non-scandal is going to blow up and she'll be indicted.
Now, I'm not talking voter and supporter motivation. I'm talking Joe's actual rationale for running.
The voter support can take various forms:
1. Loyal Dems who just think Joe's more of a party guy and his ideals run closer to their own.
2. Dem/Liberal/Progressive Hillary haters.
3. Conservatives who are drooling at the thought of facing Biden in a national election.
4. You work for Colbert, Fallon, et al and always vote for the biggest disaster of a candidate.
In short, my opinion is that he shouldn't run for reasons I'll explain if there's any interest in the thread. Essentially, though, I think a Biden run would be as a spoiler.
