dllhost cosuming too much memory?

I have been having an issue with dllhost consuming too many resources when thumb-nailing MP4 files. It seems to be a known memory hole.
Anybody have the same issue?

Found somebody suggest running MediaPreviewSetup-1.4.3.429.sfx.exe which takes over the job. Anybody using that?
