Question on constructing a phrase in French

Hello non French speaker here I need help to construct a phrase for a book I'm writing:

I need the French for the English statement, Driscol's African coastal salad

The closest I can come to is: La salade de Driscol du côtier d'Afrique

....but then I never took French
