does anybody have a rental available in the Minneapolis area?

I got a termination notice for my lease. When asked they said my wife was rude but as far as a know all she has done is ask to have things fixed. I am considering filing a complaint with HUD since both my wife and child are brown people and it seems that the majority of people getting these notices in our building the past few years have been brown people with children. I am also talking pictures of the things that need fixing. I have been trying for 7 years to get our barely functioning stove to get fixed; they just come in and fiddle for it and it works for a day. I did try to get a two bedroom but was told that we were too low income and also there were credit issues. I talked to a brown person in the same boat as me at the moment and he has applied to 4 apartments and they said the same thing to him. It seems like they are trying to get rid of working class brown people in our neighborhood but I am not sure if complaining to hud is going to do anything. I could complain to the city about them not fixing things but that might get us kicked out sooner. Oh I paid my rent on time for 7 years and the rent is about the same as the place as I applied but was told that didn't matter. They also refused to allow a cosigner. I might make a complaint about that but it should really be a class action since that is the latest way to discriminate against brown people is to say their income is too low and they have bad/no credit.
