As an IT managment/business analyst guy looking to get into healthcare IT, I've seen several jobs where medical cert's could have made a diff in getting in the door, so for those who are in the field, any thoughts on what kind of training/certification to get would be appreciated - searching the net frankly has turned up little (mostly "buy our training!" sites). Coding seems to be a good possibility, for example (I think it's called CCA). But which? ICD-10? Coding/billing? What's the diff? And so on. Any general info, either about this stuff itself or how valuable you think it'd be to have training/certification in it, appreciated.
