We have computers, robots, microization...like micro SD cards.
Everyone seems to have the answer that God didnt do it. God didnt give us our conscious. That our conscious came into being as we took in more information. That our random thought processes are simply also easy to explain that this comes from tapping into all other information our brains have taken in.

To me, all this sounds like something a computer should be able to handle. Now. Not in the future. Now.

What`s the hangup?.

Just program stuff into a computer head of a robot and let this robot start thinking, if God had nothing to do with it?... if its all simply circuit pathways opening and closing by neuron pathways or whatever. Sounds basically how computers function, dont it?

Why CAN`T we make a humanoid...that just can start thinking for itself? What`s stopping us?

You can even prove if it works by hooking up this brain to a tear machine and see if you can make it wimper a reply to you, then shed tears, for one example.

If a micro SD card can hold a huge amount of color videos with sound...i cant see how the excuse that we arent able to miniaturize enough.
And who says for this prototype that we even have to miniaturize all that much?

If our conscious is no more than stored information, and then reactions to other input information, what`s to stop us from electronically duplicating this? Isnt neuron activity basically an organic form of electronics?
