What Will November's Non-Medicaid Enrollment Number Be?

*In Oct, there were about 100,000 people who had, shall we say, expressed strong interest in an insurance plan offered on the exchanges (by either paying, putting in shopping cart, etc.)



I'm cautiously optimistic. I think there will be at least 150,000 enrollees for November.
