This picture show various "somethings" and i would like to know whether i classify them correctly in respect to whether they are an organism, alive and which species they belong to (and that questions answered from a scientific perspective):

My take picture
1: 1 organism, which is alive and belongs to species homo sapiens
2: no organism visible
3: at least 1 organism visible, alive, homo sapiens (second organism is probably also there, also alive, also homo sapiens, but not clearly visible; that secong organism would be the mother of the first)
4: as 3
5: as 3
6: as 3
7: here only 1 organism clearly visible, alive, homo sapiens
8: both pictures as 3
9: as 7
10: as 3
11: 2 organisms visible, alive, homo sapiens
12: as 3
13: 3 organisms, alive, homo sapiens
Before you berate me for asking such stupid question, i know various people who would disagree with all the above except 11 and 13. Unfortunately, i cannot understand their arguments, as they tend to hop from one framework to the next, e.g. suddenly discussing which pictures show persons, which pictures show a "something" thats relevant in respect to human rights charta, which pictures show completely dependent organisms, etc.
I would prefer you to stick with organism yes/no, alive yes/no and species and clarify any error i might have made, because i fail to see any. Therefore i have posted this thread first in science, because i am interested in whether my assesment of what are organisms is correct from a scientific perspective.
But people claiming to be wiser than me have said that i actually aim for abortion (you know, its a trap, if you say, yes its a homo sapiens, then somebody might claim that by killing such a homo sapiens one is killing a homo sapiens, so be cautious) and should have posted in social issues, because otherwise its dishonest. (Also they claim that i am nasty to doubt their claims) Therefore i start here a thread as well, hoping between all the potentially ensuing abortion discusions i get the answers i am looking for.
My aim for abortion? Well, i know that anyone killing a homo sapiens should have damn good reasons for doing so, otherwise its wrong. Which of course gives rise to the question, whether in the pics there is a homo sapiens or not.
Regarding most pics, there have been suggestions that seemed to imply that most pics show a body part of the female body like a liver or such. My problem there is that normally body parts tend not to have an additional heart and various other organs and a different genetic code.
Regarding most pics, there have been suggestions that only a parasite is shown. Which is of little help, as parasites are also organisms, alive and there was no suggestion of species.
Regarding pic 2, there have been suggestions that it shows 2 organisms, alive, though species has not been clarified.
Regarding organism, the best definition i know is:

That definition in my eyes leads to pic 2 not showing organisms.
but best might be still wrong, so that of course could also be an error source.
