Who speculates more, who speculates less: Skeptics or Woos? And why?

My first answer was woos. Because woos seem to me too open to new ideas and old ideas previously disproven. But then I began to think about how often skeptics speculate about motives, backgrounds, and all kinds of things about people with counter to current consentually validated science views. Although many skeptics do not see that as speculating. While others of course do.
