The subject has come up recently because it appears highly likely that, as Putin and the Russians claim, it was the Syrian "rebels(TM)" who have used sarin gas, possibly on some of their own people.
Americans generally assume that, because they would not be capable of something (e.g. croaking some 2000 - 5000 of their own number to achieve some ulterior purpose), that others would not be capable of such things. In the case of islamists and jihadists, that is not a reasonable assumption.
A quick Google search on the three terms || clinton izetbegovic 5,000 || turns up multitudinous hits, the general gist of which is this: that Bosnian strongman Izetbovic asked Slick Clinton how many dead muslims it would take to pull the US and NATO into the Bosnian conflict and Slick, not anticipating the question, replied "5,000" more or less off the top of his head. Sure enough...
