His statement is very clear, he will destroy the dollar unless Romneycare is eliminated completely and all of the programs that the religious right hate are cut back or eliminated.
He is at this point a fellow-traveler, trying to make the RMB the world currency.
That is so close to treason as to be indistinguishable.
