What are these?

I am finding new things on my Start menu / All programs. Are these new to Windows 7 and what are they?

Atheros Smart Net

XPS Viewer

Desk Top Gadget Gallery



Meanwhile, I cannot find Adobe Flash Player which I know I have. I did a search of All Programs, which Windows 7 lets you do, and did not find it.



One thing I did find that I like is a Calculator. And it works. That's great.
