Regarding consent and the "phobic" label

In another long-running thread a few people seemed worried that they might face ostracism, if they choose not to compromise their personal sexual preferences for someone who identified as a different gender than their sex.

This article isn't about exactly that but I think it may give a good "pulse reading" on that situation.

Percolately: Model Called ‘Queerphobic’ For Refusing To Do ‘Risqué’ Lingerie Shoot With Female Coworker

Reading just the headline, someone might think: "See, I told you!!!" but the actual story will show what I'm talking about. It was based on an "Am I The *******?" reddit post, where someone at a photoshoot balked at a request for some fairly intimate same-sex poses. The photographer accused her of transphobia and she decided to "ask the Internet."

As far as I can tell not a single commenter on Reddit, nor on Percolately where it was highlighted, nor on George Takei's Facebook where the Percolately story was linked, thought she had done anything wrong by refusing, or had any "queerphobia" to confront in herself. In fact they pretty much all thought the photoshoot guy was a complete tool for saying that and probably trying to push her into doing softcore porn work.

So at what you might call a "nexus of woke", it appears consent is still king even when accused of being at odds with inclusiveness.
