Baton Rouge Shooter believed in "Gang Stalking"

The murderer in Baton Rouge was apparently a member of some "sovereign citizen" organizations and also a believer in gang stalking. I didn't want to bump any of the old gang stalking threads, because they all seem to have participants in them that needed mental health help.

He posted a youtube (since removed) of a guy named Myron May talking about gang stalking. May shot three people at Florida State in 2014.

The Baton Rouge shooter (named "Long") also posted at Stop Organized Gang Stalking, a site that doesn't appear to have been linked here or at the JREF before.

Quote:

Lets all start:
1. Wearing Body Camera’s 2. Before you move into neighborhood, put every house on notice to what gang stalking is with link’s to websites & videos & program names. And Let them know your situation, standing & your philosophy on life 3. Start telling the companies’s, worker’s, & managers & owners that we are going to expose your involvement and rate your poor performances & games on the internet on sites like Yelp, Google Map’s & the Yellow Pages etc. as horrible service & accessories to Gang Stalking. (Not only will this spread the word to others who view the businesses, but will inform fellow T.I.s as well)
Note - "TI" = "targeted individual." This is a term that has been used to discuss "gang stalking" here / at the JREF before. They believe that they are targets of secret government harassment, bullying, "gaslighting," etc.

As for the "sovereign citizen" angle:

Quote:

According to the Kansas City Star, Baton Rouge shooter Long "declared himself a sovereign in records filed with the Jackson County recorder of deeds last year."

Specifically, Long said he was a member of the Washitaw Nation of Mu'urs. J.J. MacNab, a fellow at George Washington University's Center for Cyber and Homeland Security, told the Star that the group believe themselves to be native of the North American continent and therefore about the laws of any country, state, or city.
The "moorish" sovereign citizens are a mostly black phenomenon; I believe that Wesley Snipes might have even flirted with this movement. They do wear cool hats, but their beliefs are delusional.

This is such a shame; I wonder how aware law enforcement are / will become about these two examples of paranoia. It might start out as harmless, but we've already had violence as a result. Will mental health professionals need to start reporting "gang stalking" victims as a potential threat to public safety?
