Teen girl tells victim "You are my first kill"

The teenage female victim didn't die but is in bad shape after being beaten and throat slashed. It's a really crazy story of violent insanity. The attacker announced that she is a psychopath, you are my first kill and I will probably kill others in the future. The victim was left for dead but did survive. The motive is outrageous and you can read the story for it all.
