If the basic tenet of a religion includes "suicide by jihad", there must be a lot of them. Like the Japanese soldiers of WWII, go out and die for your emperor? They did, we didn't, we won.
Maybe we can start a re-read of the Koran, find a part that we can twist into "take a bunch of believers to Heaven with you, pass GO, get 72 virgins"? Kill two birds with one bomb.
Compare suicide rates between religions? Muslim, Shinto, Catholic, all high. Buddhist, low?
