2016 Nice Attack predicted by Remote viewing?

This is a tragedy and those who promote strange stuff already are claiming they predicted this:

The only thing which now counts as a counterargument I can think of is this. He drew it 8 weeks ago and France has been under attack before its only logical it will happen once more and on a beach when the same stuff happened most of the times there. Here is the evidence:
