I cant imagine the pain those parents are feeling right now. Im sure someone will be pointing out how negligent the parents were for allowing their toddler to wade in a pool of water that was so clearly marked "No Swimming".
The family is from Nebraska and at a Disney hotel so I'm guessing they might not expect the penalty for breaking that rule to be so severe. Not sure what the frequency of alligator attacks in Nebraska are.
