The GOP will look like the party of gridlock, but at least some of these measures needed to fail. A Democrat actually proposed the following:
Feinstein's so-called "no fly, no buy" amendment would have blocked people on a terrorist watch list banned from flying while under investigation from buying a gun. The measure would also have empowered the attorney general to prevent a gun purchase if there was "reasonable belief" the person could use the weapon for terrorism.

WTF is "reasonable belief"? If there's "reasonable belief" I'm about to do some terrorist activity, convince a judge a get a warrant. Otherwise, GTFO.
Ironically, a lot of Democrats are former members of the "don't trust anyone over 30" crowd.
