Local Sustainable Develoment Initiatives part of *Subtle* "Land Grab" Conspiracy?

Seriously, I REALLY thought I was done with the whole "agenda 21" conspiracy,

but many, many pervasive voices on the interwebs, are claiming that local sustainable initiatives are part of a network plot to take over private property across the US, forcing everyone to lived in crammed "mega" cities.

Wheres' the evidence?

Well, take a look at one of the meetings:

Another example:

Now, CT proponents claim this is evidence of a preplanned meeting, where the facilitators present citizens with a set # of options, and claim to take input, but in reality are just using the notion of input as a front, giving people the illusion that they have a say in the matter.

Why can't this just be explained away as developers wanting to profit off of land development?

As always, there is never 100% concrete evidence of this being part of Agenda 21 or the UN. Sure, the goals of Agenda 21 fall in line with goals of local sustainable development initiatives, but CTs are never able to point out the real players directing the show (e.g. Why should CTs have us assume Greenbelt is a NGO funded by the UN? And where is the evidence the UN is directly involved with these local sustainable development initiatives??)

Basically, to sum up, CTs claim this is all part of an elaborate UN plot to take over the US, inch by inch, without us noticing. It's a new version of NWO. Not through some grandiose plot with rounding up citizens in FEMA camps, but a subtle take over.

So, what is really going on? Why are these local town meetings set up to claim to take feedback, but do not really seem open to alternative possibilities?
