Christians a minority in the UK

Well at least the England/Wales/Scotland bit. Norn Iron is different.

The number of people who say they have no religion is rapidly increasing and they now outnumber Christians in England and Wales according to Stephen Bullivant report (Contemporary Catholicism in England and Wales) based on BSA data.

No religion stands as 48.5% (having almost doubled from 2011).
Christians (a hodge-podge of Anglicans, Catholics and others) make up 43.8% of the population.

The most recent Scottish Social Attitudes survey found that 52% of the population said they were not religious, compared with 40% in 1999.
