Adaptive LOD Algorithm.

I was working on a graphics algorithm for adaptive LOD (Level of Detail.). The code is really nice, and the test movie looks nice as well,
even if I do say so myself. I finally got it to work properly.
I thought I'd share it in case somebody is interested in this sort of thing.
