A Swedish behavioral psychologist, Carl-Johan Forssen Ehrlin, has written a book called The Rabbit Who Wants to Fall Asleep that is designed to cause young children to fall asleep.
It's filled with psychological reinforcement techniques to make young listeners doze off quickly; inducing a relaxed state and sleep better. The book's protagonist, Roger the Rabbit, encounters characters named Sleep Snail and Uncle Yawn, but the book also has cues for readers to yawn, and italicised text that should be read in a slow and calm manner.
The book is the first self-published work to top Amazon's bestseller list and has glowing reviews.

Sinister plot, or silly idea?
