Man in bear costume harasses bears

Authorities in Alaska are seeking to arrest a man who, while wearing what was described as "a fairly realistic bear costume", harassed a bear and two sows who were trying to feed on salmon in the Chilkoot river.

What exactly the man was doing isn't known.
