I Googled the following phrase: "Ben Carson As President I Will Create A Biblical Sin-Based Tax Program Snopes"

It seems it is true.
Dr. Carson said: "Basically, the number of sins a person commits would be translated into a tax.”

I wonder which sins count. Does being a lefty count as a sin?
I'd love to see the "sin approval" committee.
