If you don't know by now, there are no good data bases of police officers shooting African-Americans, or anyone for that matter. What is stopping us from starting a data base?
We could keep a running tally of reported shootings/killings we read about in our local areas and cross check once names are known to eliminate duplicates.
This would give us an idea of how often this happens and if there is a disparity between races.
I'll start:
As of April 21, 2015, I know of no shootings in Central Western New York State.
