Finally Fast trojan

I was on facebook and I opened a newser and this trojan that calls itself Finally Fast got on my computer. It cost me $110.00 to get it off and it took the technicial all day to remove it.

I really don't know how you can prevent this from happening except to just not open anything on FB.
