Martial law announcement is heard on AARP tv commercial ?

Supposedly this statement is heard on radio or tv news in the background:

Riots nationwide have prompted local governments to declare martial law. The President is asking that citizens find safety and remain calm. Authorities are working to contain the outbreak.

Why would AARP do that or is it a hoax? Kinda odd, if not a hoax.
