US sex abuse teacher skit slammed on social media

I don't care what the sex of the victim or perpetrator is that is just wrong, but as someone old enough to remember the early 'sexual harrasment' videos shown in class, the above does not surprize me, the first time I saw a depiction of females comitting sexual harrasment, the segment showed two attractive women teasing a nerd about his lack of sex.

However what really interested me was the following:
