Very good product but after around four weeks of owning this, a glitch has occurred.
The tablet was pre-loaded with Google Play Movies and Play Music apps. Everything was fine until I started getting error messages coming up on a window stating "unfortunately Play Movies has stopped". It gave me the option to click "OK" or "Report". Clicking "OK" removed the warning window, only for it to re-appear a few seconds later. Clicking "Report" has the same effect. This was very annoying after ten minutes of constantly closing the window.
I decided to remove the Play Movies app by uninstalling from the Store, this seemed to work for a time, but I noticed the Play Movie icon was still showing on the desktop after "removal". I re-installed the app and it seemed to work OK in as much that I could download movies, but then the warning window kept coming up again as before. Then the friggin Play Music app started doing the same, so I am getting two warning windows up again regularly, particularly just after starting up.
I guess this is something to do with the apps automatically updating and changing things for the worst in this case.
So two questions. How do I completely remove the nuisance app for good or what else can I do to solve the problem?
Would appreciate any help.
