Are they exposing the internet thugs or are they in on it?

I was looking for the degreeinfo.com forum and this popped up. Most of the pages I was afraid to touch not have a bottle of Lysol handy. But some braver person might want to look at it and tell me if they are really exposing the cockroaches are really in on it. It looks conservative and the ad showing was a school called liberty university. I need some guidance here! Should I wear gloves or not?
