Rep. Grothman confirms Photo ID helps Republicans

I find it really strange that he would even come out and say that it's true. I mean, even the dumbest of people have to know they're on TV and there's no way that what he says comes out well.

Anyway, just another dump on the Republican party that's already struggling to regain footing.
