Motorcyclist has an Accident - Not Wearing Helmet

A motorcyclist is bifurcated during police chase.

The Bay City Times reports Monday that 47-year-old Christopher Henry struck a curb then a utility pole cable before hitting a tree Sunday night. State police 1st Lt. David Simon tells the newspaper that resulted in Henry being “cut in half at the waist.”

The article goes on to note that:

Because a helmet would have made all the difference in this instance.
