Photoshop adustment layers question

Asking anybody who has experience dealing with Photoshop whether it's possible to edit one parameter on multiple adjustment layers at once. So, for example, say I'm editing a gif and I've decided to turn one of the people in it into the Hulk and, as such, I've used one or two adjustment layers to alter the colour of their skin to green. As it's a gif there are many layers and each of these layers will require its own mask (as the person will be moving around from frame to frame), and therefore it'll require its own adjustment layer.

But say I've finished the gif and I decide that the shade of green isn't quite right. I can adjust it on one frame until I think I'm happy, then go to each adjustment layer in turn and manually input every parameter I've adjusted, but that can be long-winded. If I adjust just one layer and duplicate it, I'll have to re-do all the masks and even just copy and pasting them will be more long-winded than inputting the data manually would be.

In the video editor Vegas Pro it's possible to select a clip, copy it, select another clip, right click and choose "paste event attributes", which then transfers the filter data and only the filter data to the second clip. Is there anything similar in Photoshop? If there is, I can't find it.
