The Repubs are on some of the Sunday talk shows chattering again about suing the President on vague grounds of breaching the Constitution. Question: Is there a mechanism by which the President can sue Congress, or members thereof? I don't think it would contribute much to political discourse to adopt the attitude of "So you'll sue me? Well, I'll sue you!" I'm just wondering if it's possible.
